About
Relationships-first operator with range.
I've spent the past 15 years working for and within publicly traded companies, startups, family offices, foundations, and mission-driven organizations. The 'why' behind my multivaried choices and experiences: doing the best that I can with the information I have; helping artists and changemakers move from ambiguity to execution; building trust across difference for a net-better-off world; and creating more beauty, magic, and wonder that challenges and moves others toward their highest potential.
My most recent in-house role was at Accenture, where I managed a portfolio of 200+ Generative AI initiatives, built governance frameworks for responsible AI, and led growth strategy engagements that identified over $3B in new revenue opportunities for Fortune 100 clients.
Before that, I founded and ran an advisory firm for nine years, serving clients with $20M to $500M in assets under management across four continents. I've raised over $7M for educational, entrepreneurship, and innovation initiatives, and provided programming to hundreds of institutions across more than 20 countries.
I've also worked as a producer in arts and culture across festivals, documentary film, and theater, and continue to pursue opportunities that sit at the intersection of creativity, community, and change.
Current foci
I'm asking questions, collaborating, and thinking about both existing and emerging problems at the intersection of people, power, and systems. Today, my contributions and considerations are concentrated around AI ethics and governance (gaps between the rate of technological evolution, and educational/political/institutional adaptations to and incorporations of those changes); impact capital deployment (where dollars and resources go, and accountability structures for measuring and tracking those allocations); and deep conversations and dedications of energy and time to arts and culture, the spaces where I personally find the most resonant imagination and thinking about what brings communities together or pulls them apart.
I'm always on the lookout for collaborators at these intersections: adaptation and resiliency, arts and civic life, AI and agency, education and equity, health and somatics, and migration and mobility.
